In 2024, I spent about 19 days in Pattaya during one month trip to Thailand.  This trip was my first visit after the end of the coronavirus pandemic.  I had felt the town was a little change than I had visited before.  My favorite restaurants and one hotel has been closed, and my favorite supermarket have relocated.  There were more Indian tourists than ever before.  Of course, there are some things that remain the same as before, and I felt happy and sad as I remember about a little past (about four years before).
